  My husband and I stopped by Subway on 5/21/26 at appx. 6:20 CST. There was only one person working. His name was Kameleon (I hope I spelled it right). He was taking orders, preparing orders both in person and online orders by himself. He was doing an excellent job. He never complained or seemed to be flustered. He was friendly and performed his job with pride and proficiency. And the restaurant was super clean! I don't know how much he's making, but he definitely deserves a raise! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

  Walked in. No customers but we get hit with “DoorDash?!” We say, “no.”…then ensues an exchange between the two associates talking about how they’re ready to go and a bunch of drama. Then we had to be asked 3 times what our sandwiches were again because the lady was so ready to go she couldnt recall what she had asked us and we had answered. We get ready to put veggies on sandwiches and phone rings. Associate answers and yells “i dont know! Don’t call back I aint got time for this” and slams the phone down and states this job stresses her out. We finally get our food and sit down and both associates walk out front. One stands out front smoking a cigarette not 6 ft from the door. No one is in the store but us. This must happen a lot because they left the store unattended the last time I was here also. Chips were almost empty. Drinks too. I’m sure there’s things to be done besides smoking and talking on the phone…but what really killed it for us what the associate was talking on the phone with someone about a customer complaint about flies being on everything. We just rolled up everything and tossed it. We won’t be back.

  I’ll never eat here EVER AGAIN !!! I went this morning to order the lady who’s currently there 9:15 was standing out side smoking . Once walking up she asked was I coming in there, I said yes mam she then went on to huff and puff and shake her head. I politely walked off and told her she could finish her cigarette she then had an attitude and says nawl just come in I’d rather go ahead as if she has other things to do besides her job poor customer service …If Mrs.Amy is not there I will not eat there she’s the only one professional at that place .
