  In the middle of a Saturday when most people are off after working all week, this FedEx location is closed for lunch for 1 whole hour. A person finally makes it there and they are closed! I wonder if the franchise owner knows what in the lazy workers is happening at this location. Pissed off!

  Never have they delivered my package to my house even after complaining over 10 times to customer service.

  I had to return two packages today at this FedEx location. I'd been dreading it because I keep my 6 month old grandbaby and it's so hard for me to get her in and out of places. Mary and the other workers were so helpful getting me in and out making everything seamless. Thank you for helping this Grandma out today!

  I called to try to resolve an issue of packages being delivered to my business address that were not mine and not for that address. After delivering packages for them several times I called to try to sort it out. The first woman interrupted me 7 times. When I asked for a supervisor he wouldn't tell me if he was a real person, he interrupted me 4 times, then hung up without resolving the issue. I will never intentionally ship via fed ex again! Also, any packages left at 306 Maple Avenue in Geneva Alabama will sit outside in the rain until they rot before I'll deliver any more of them! If you are in Geneva and missing packages you might want to check there!
