  When I order my sandwich toasted...I at least expect the chicken to be somewhat warm...not ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted...but the outside of the bread is toasted. Once again, I got cold chicken on a toasted sandwich. Also, asked for for extra black olives and got none. Maybe they were out but I would have liked for this to be communicated to me as I would have changed my order. That's twice I've received cold chicken and/or sandwich missing items.

  Great service here. I order here very often, and the staff knows me by name now and always greets me warmly. They even helped me out when I put in an online order at the wrong location without knowing it.
