  When I order my sandwich toasted...I at least expect the chicken to be somewhat warm...not ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted...but the outside of the bread is toasted.

  Great service here. I order here very often, and the staff knows me by name now and always greets me warmly. They even helped me out when I put in an online order at the wrong location without knowing it.

  six months ago, this subway restaurant was by far the best subway franchise I have ever been to. The sandwiches were filling and well worth waiting in a line several people long, almost out the door. Towards the end of the year of 2025 something happened there. The meat is being cut so thin they can barely peel it apart as well as the cheese. If you don’t Insist they add more vegetables, barely enough to go across the bread is the norm these days. The prices have gone up and this quality has gone way way way down. I’d like to order the BMT big meaty tasty and it cost me $12 but it is more like a vegetable sandwich due to the paper thin slices being put on these sandwiches. The only positive thing that has come from this change of their operational standards is that there’s no longer a line waiting out the door.
