  This was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The man making our sandwiches did not understand anything we were saying. My fiancée went first, and it was fine. She asked for light ranch and he covered it in ranch, but it was otherwise fine. The problem came when I ordered. I ordered the special hot honey turkey Italian, and the man had no clue what I was talking about. I had to specify the exact ingredients to put on it after pointing at the menu twice. I also ordered the nachos. He stood there for a second like he didn’t know what I was talking about. When he finally got it, he put steak instead of the chicken I asked for. Then he toasted it without cheese on it. When we asked about the cheese he put uncooked cheese on top. Then I believe he may have overcharged us. He had to get on the phone with someone to ask about prices. Didn’t say a word to us, just kept talking to the person on his phone about our sandwiches. We know it was about us because he kept saying sandwich ingredients into the phone and then repeating numbers. It was several dollars over what we were expecting, probably due to him up charging us for my sandwich because he didn’t know it was the sandwich on the deal they were running. We didn’t argue because he wouldn’t have understood us anyway.

  Vacha very friendly and nice. Food very good. Area always stays clean. Love her vibe and the way she presents herself.
