  Alexandria demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a commendable demeanor. Notably, she proactively replaced the wrapping sheet due to a sauce spill, a level of attentiveness I have not previously encountered in a Subway associate. Her actions reflected both empathy and a strong commitment to customer care. I commend her exemplary performance.
