  Me and my brother are on the same line. He went into the store on Beltline and tried to pay and he said it was the store manager who assisted him. She told him he had the incorrect pin so did a fast pay with just the phone number and had entered the phone number incorrectly. Hence I'm assuming why the pin wouldn't work the first time. When he paid our bill the money was not credited to our acct. I called back and she told me she found out exactly what had happened and she transferred the money to our acct where we should receive a credit. A month later and I'm still waiting on that credit! Cricket customer support also wasn't much help with this situation. So, I would either go to a different location for business or pay online.
