  Extremely polite and helpful staff! Had to return some big items and they let me use their dolley and they made the process quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

  The staff is very friendly and the location convenient. I needed a label printed and the 29 cents for printing it on a piece of paper was totally reasonable. However, what was ridiculous was the “file access fee” that was charged to open my email I sent to them to print the label. They charged $3 to click and open my email. Do better with that UPS.

  I really hate to leave bad reviews, but after several visits to this location and interacting with one particular employee, I believe she’s a team lead or maybe even a manager she said her name is T. I’m not sure if that’s her real name or not, but she has a very unpleasant attitude. She’s extremely unprofessional and I try to avoid this location at all costs, but it’s close to my job and I need to send off a prepaid shipping return and so I visit this location for convenience but every single time I visit this location it becomes increasingly less convenient due to the rude woman who works there,not to mention I was charged $10 for maybe a yard of packing paper on a prepaid return shipping. In addition to that I was charged eight dollars for two strips of tape on a prepaid return shipping.

  The Associate who took care of me was extremely courteous and very considerate of my needs. It was nice to engage with someone who took care of my needs and actually talked to me like I mattered.

  Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the UPS driver sometimes leaves before the 5:20pm pickup cutoff for Ground & Air shipments, so your shipments may end up going out a day late.
