  Recently a VIP package for my sweet niece was packed, shipped and delivered on time even though I was at the last minute. This means so much to me! I’ve been a customer of this store for many years, as a “work from home” professional. For copies, brochure prints, mailings, etc they have been a trusted supporter. Thanks!

  Went in to have a form printed off from my email. The staff who waited on me was not customer friendly. I was surprised that it costed $3.32 to print off one form and was more or less thinking “out loud” when I made the statement. Her response was that she did not set the prices, did not have to print out the form if I did not want it and walked away after handing me the form.

  My department was eliminated and I had to return my laptop back to the company using a UPS label that had been emailed to me. The woman at the counter told me it would $3.19 to print the label for me. I was so shocked and upset that not only had I lost my job, it was going to COST MONEY to return their equipment that I got overwhelmed with emotion. The woman saw the tears welling up in my eyes and told me to wait a moment, then came out of the back room with her wallet and swiped her own card to cover it for me. Her kindness on one of the worst days of my life will never be forgotten, and I hope one day to pay it forward when I'm back on my feet.
