Eric took care of my on-line order and even brought it out to my car because I'm not mobile at all. Top notch service.

Absolute 5-star customer service from Eric! Our car battery died while we were parked at Target, and I realized there was an Advance Auto right across the street. I walked over and met Eric, who immediately jumped in to help. Not only did he help me get the right battery, but since I didn't have tools with me, he knew the exact tools needed for our specific vehicle and loaned them to me on the spot. Later, when I realized I accidentally broke a couple of lock pins on the cabin air filter housing while working under the hood, Eric helped me track down the exact replacements. To top it all off, he even installed a missing rear wiper for me! Eric is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about helping people. Advance Auto is lucky to have him on the team!

Wasted ton of my time. Pretty unprofessional on avoiding calls. Couldnt really recommend them. Advance in general seems to just be going downhill constantly, with the exception of a few stores.

Advanced Auto Parts is the farthest parts store on my way. Naturally I usually first stop by Autozone, then Orileys almost never finding what i need until I reach Advanced Auto Parts. Eric and other staf go above and beyond to make my projects a little easier. From now on, Advanced is my first stop without a question!
