  I always order a flatbread sandwich through the mobile app and I specify that I want it toasted. Without fail, they NEVER toast it! They obviously cannot read plain English! I try to call after I order to make sure they toast it but no one ever answers the phone!

  You'd think the person who appears to be in charge would know how to make a sandwich. Wrong ingredients, and so much sauce it could be called a soup in a bread bowl.

  Put my order in early and the did not make my sub as ordered. By the time I got to the subway...they were waiting on a line if people that came in way after I had put in my order. They added sause we did not order...sandwich not good. Will not be going there again.

  If you plan to order ahead please schedule it 15 minutes earlier than you plan to get it or it won't be ready. Ordered mine at 9am to be ready at 11:15 am and I showed up at 11:18 and waited 10 minutes for them to even start it
