  I had called ahead because this store showed up in google results for notary services. I showed 10 minutes later only to be told that their notary had decided to call support for their printer and I would have to wait 30 minutes. If you are needing a notary the public library 5 mins from here is free, prompt and much more caring and professional.

  They were very fast while being focused and friendly. I have never had any problems shipping with ups at all.

  This place helped me tremendously!!! We had went to multiple places to get a package shipped with absolutely no luck. The package was supposed to be sent off 2 weeks prior but kept having issues getting it sent. I don't live in the Cullman area but was there this past Wednesday for an appointment and decided to see if there was an actual ups store close.... I seen that their star rating was really low so I didn't expect much. However, I went in there and was greeted politely by the workers. One was helping another customer and the other worker came straight over to help me. It took all of 2 minutes, if that, and I was out the door minus the package. So, from my experience, I would definitely recommend this place especially for sending stuff off.
