Dear Jerry D, Thank you for changing the battery in my 2018 Subaru Outback. I know Advance Auto Parts offers that service at no charge, but what you did went well beyond the usual. The heat index was 107° that day. You still came out, used tools from your own vehicle because of the unusual battery setup in the Subaru, and got the new battery installed without complaint. For someone with mobility issues, having a person simply do the job—and do it with kindness and real dedication—means more than I can easily put into words. People like you are the reason I will keep coming back to Advance Auto Parts. With genuine appreciation, JE
