I placed an online order on 5/24/23 and when I went to pick the order up, the store was closed unexpectedly due to a staff emergency. I reached out to the owner who said I would be refunded, and thanked me for being understanding. A week later, no refund. I reached out again asking about my refund, and was told they would put the money back on my card. Another week goes by and I reach out AGAIN. No response from the owner and still no refund. Very unprofessional

What's not to like about Subway? The employees can make it or break it, and these were good ones. I like my pizza crispy and never doughy, and they didn't blink an eye when I asked for extra time in the oven. Good job.
