  I placed a large call-in order today because I wanted to pay with cash. The Cedar Bluff location wouldn’t even answer my call, so we decided to get our order from the Centre location instead. I know calling in an order may not be preferred anymore now that there’s an app, but the gentleman who answered the phone was respectful, kind, and patient. He made sure to get all of my toppings correct, rang everything in right away so I could get an accurate total, and timed the order so it would be fresh when I arrived. Everything was warm, correct, and ready to go when I got there—even my sandwiches with 10+ toppings! Way to go! Excellent customer service, great listening, and attention to detail. I was genuinely very impressed. Thank you for making a large order so easy and stress-free!

  The people in there were incredibly helpful and patient. The didn't have exactly what I wanted but they made suggestions that were similar that sounded good. I now have a new favorite sandwich.

  Bought the sliders. Bread was tough, but still edible. Pleasant service.
