  I had this store to copy 57 pages. I paid for them and asked the clerk could she put them on a bag. She said she didn't have any bags but I could put it in an envelope and added there is a charge for that. I didn't purchase an envelope. I thought that suppose to be a given when you buy something and you ask fir a bag they supply it. So if you buy anything from this store you have to tote it outside without having a bag in my case protect the copies I just purchased.

  I had several classroom projects that I needed help printing, and there were many things I didn’t understand about the process. Megan was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was done correctly. Not once did she make me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to me. Customer service like hers and her staff is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the care she showed. Thank you, Megan, for going above and beyond and for making my experience such a positive one. You are a wonderful representative of the Calera UPS Store, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. A very grateful customer

  Staff is kind and helpful! Amazon return station is occasionally down but technology will be technology. Line moves pretty quick and staff does their best to get people in and out as swift as possible! Always easy and convenient, parking and service inside alike!

  Typically in and out. Had a little technology hiccup but they were patient and so was I. I appreciate a good team and store customer service skills. Keep up the great work. While I wait I heard great customer service with everyone who entered the building. They were welcomed and cared for.

  This store was busy with customers as it was pouring rain outside. Two clerks were helping customers and trying to move as quickly as possible. They overcame a problem with their computer and still interacted calmly and politely with the customers. Once it was my turn, I was taken care of and out in a flash.
