I always get the same sandwich and sometimes I get extra meat and chz and other times I don't. So I know when I actually get extra or not. And lately I have not been getting the extra stuff I paid for. Like today, I had extra meat and chz and garden stuff. And even sauces, and I left a note asking if they could really add extra sauces etc. And I was very polite and I still didn't even get anything extra. And they are all pretty rude and don't seem to want to do their jobs or help customers at all. Will not be back for a good while.

I’ve been a customer here for a while, but lately the experience has gone downhill because of a newer employee named Amanda. She has been extremely rude and gives the impression that she doesn’t want to be there or deal with customers. It creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere and makes people not want to return. Management really needs to address this because one employee’s attitude can affect the entire reputation of the place.

I’ve placed my order here a few times and each time there was something wrong I really try not to complain but this times was unacceptable I ordered a grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and paid for extra tomatoes which I didn’t have any on there at all then upon eating my salad I’m noticing that there’s a good amount of old lettuce and it’s making not even wanna eat my salad at all the only part that sucks about this I ordered it as a lunch order and can’t even take it back cause I wasted my lunch going to pick it up as it was an online order that I placed
