  Food was OK. As we were eating a lady and 2 young girls brought 2 dogs in the restaurant and sat 2 tables behind us. We love dogs but not closed to us while we are eating. They played with the dogs and spilled something all over the floor. All the while going up to the drink counter and handling the drink machine and supplies without washing their hands. I went to the counter and told the young lady it was our first and likely our last time in if they allow dogs to come in. I spoke very low so no other customers could here me. A young man who was either the mNager or thought he was spoke up very loudly apparently trying to embarrass me for complaining and said "I make the decision if dogs are allowed. That lady is homeless." I am sorry if the lady is homeless but dogs still should not be in the restaurant. I told him he may make that decision but I have mad the decision not to come back.

  My family went here today , Thursday May 7th 2026. I ordered a meal deal “Turkey Thursday” for my 6 year old. Supposed to come with the sandwich, a DRINK and bag of chips or 2 cookies. My son didn’t get a drink. They told me they had no small cups and that I would have to pay an upcharge in order to get a medium drink. I did not want a medium drink for my child in the first place, nor did I think it was right to upcharge me for such a thing when they don’t have the option that comes with it. The employees were very rude when I explained I used to work at subway myself and that I know how these things work. They said they called the manager and he said “no” To me that is false advertising, don’t advertise a deal for a product or meal and not have the full product. Absolutely ridiculous and essentially theft. Considering filing a lawsuit currently.
