  They were out of meatballs when we placed our order. It was almost at the end of the night. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, she was very sweet and apologetic and made our entire order fresh once we decided what we wanted instead. We really usually h ave a good experience at this store..

  Ordered food online for Brent location at 12:19. Said it would be ready by 12:30. Went to pick up and food was not ready. Went in and They haven’t even stared on the order. After going in a few different times they were taking care of everyone else and other online orders that came in after mine and still would not make sandwich’s older lady working there was rude. Had to go in after an hour and ask them to please make my food as this was ridiculous. Tried to get them to give me a refund and they said they could not since it was an online order. This location is a joke. If you can’t handle the work load then stop taking online orders or be able to give refunds when you cannot do your job and make the sandwich.

  I ordered steak Philly,bottle water,1 cookie for $14.50.my local Subway charged $12.40... I paid with cash.is this right?

  The food was well made and they did a good job with my daughter's milk issues. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff was working through a new menu that they were not familiar with. They struggled with our order at the register and ended up overcharging us. Other than that it was a nice experience.
