  The women up there will keep the work phone off the dock so nobody can call up there and doesn’t try to help at all. I called 20 times that morning to no answer. For her to lie and say it doesn’t work. Just for the next shift to have the phone on the dock. Their employees are not properly trained and couldn’t tell me anything about the phones. And only had two phones in stock

  Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. Had already talked to a customer rep and was given a price to upgrade my phone just to get to the store and they tried to charge a very different amount. When I called the clerk out about this he was very rude and hateful. Told me they didn't have to honor the advertised price and that if I wanted the particular phone I was looking at them I would have to buy the package deal they have which brought the price to over $50 more. When I asked to speak to a manager I was rudely told no . When he finally did call 1 he was very rude and hateful to me about it.
