  I had a phone and wanted to upgrade so I had asked which one out of the two phones of Samsungs had the good quality camera. And i never was a samsung kind of person and I was actually lied to just to get a sale and yes it was my fault for not reviewing the views of this phone but why lie about it anyways because obviously a16 phones dont have good camera quality at all.. and its not a good phone to have in my opinion..so on my 7th day window to do a trade in I came in with the box and everything asked The manager to see if I could upgrade well the box had a small tear so it was their policy they couldn't return it okay thats fine I tried signing up for the loan thing and my phone was lagging and taking forever and the the man that was there the day I was lied to was like oh its probably the app i said actually no it was the phone because I told them I was lied to about this being a good phone etc thats the whole reason i wanted a trade.. and he jokingly laughed/smiled trying to be a you know what at least thats the vibe I got i go in today bc I have a iphone and wanted the service I had on the phone I bought with them a16 to switch over and the same number thats exactly what I said and he proceeds to do whatever he does on the phone while also scrolling on his phone watching TikTok. He used my other old number after I said I wanted my number I have NOW to be switched to the new iPhone. Without even making sure it was the number I wanted. He just assumed. Because they dont actually care!

  Outraged that the Boaz Alabama store allowed a person into my account just because they were added on to my account without authorization to change anything or my code or personal information. All was done while I was at work and without pre-authorization with me being the only one with my account information.

  Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. Had already talked to a customer rep and was given a price to upgrade my phone just to get to the store and they tried to charge a very different amount. When I called the clerk out about this he was very rude and hateful. Told me they didn't have to honor the advertised price and that if I wanted the particular phone I was looking at them I would have to buy the package deal they have which brought the price to over $50 more. When I asked to speak to a manager I was rudely told no . When he finally did call 1 he was very rude and hateful to me about it.
