  I've been coming here for years and they've been progressively been getting worse with getting your order ready on time. I used to order in the store but it can take up to an hour for them to make like 10 wings so I order online now. They flat out told me today that if I schedule a pickup for 6:00pm my food wont be ready till at least 6:30...how does that make sense? You can drive all the way to the wingstop in vestavia, order, eat your food, and be home before this location even starts on your order.

  Service is terrible. Workers are unapologetic and lazy. I drove all the way back to get part of my order that wasn’t included. I guess it’s my fault for not fully checking the bag, even though that is their job to fulfill the order in its entirety. Then when I called to go back to get the rest of my order they acted annoyed with me and did not even act like they were sorry for the inconvenience they caused me. Not to mention the wasted gas… To the manager or franchise owner who might be reading this, please have a discussion with your employees about customer service and good attitudes. The woman working tonight (9/19/26) was rude!

  I had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and Natasha was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you, Natasha, for making my visit so enjoyable! I will definitely be back.

  First time here yesterday, just have to say that too much lemon pepper 🌶️ is bad but in this case too little is just as bad, I could count the lemon peppers 🌶️ on each flat 😂😅🤷🏻‍♂️
