  The UPS Store on Helena Road in Pelham, Alabama, consistently provides outstanding customer service. The entire staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer questions, explain the available options, and make sure everything is handled correctly. Whether I’m shipping a package or using one of their other services, the experience is always quick, smooth, and pleasant. It’s refreshing to visit a business where the employees genuinely care about helping their customers. I highly recommend this location!

  I don't know what happened, but the store is way more speedy and less smelly than it has ever been. The last several times I've been in have been completely hassle and (mostly) cigar smell free.

  The UPS store on Hwy 261 in Pelham AL provides great and timely service! The team there is so helpful and processes my shipments seamlessly and in a most professional manner! They always ask how I am doing and give me eye contact when they speak to me! That is amazing and greatly appreciated!

  The UPS STORE workers were very knowledgeable and helpful, we haven’t used the UPS store very often and this location was new to us. They were friendly and helpful and talked us through the correct procedures and answered all our questions. The building was very clean and maintained so we will be using them as often S we can for our shipping services.

  I had an exceptional experience at UPS Store #3596! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They handled my shipment with care and answered all my questions patiently. It's always a pleasure visiting a location that prioritizes great customer service. Highly recommended!
