  I sent two packages at the same time to same location and one hasn’t been received yet. The associate told me that because I had items in a shoe box that they may get stolen…. That was unacceptable to me. I had associate write on the box that it was a return the fashion nova on both boxes. Couldn’t afford buying boxes at location too expensive $20 extra dollars. If it doesn’t show up within the next week I need to be compensated ASAP

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this UPS Store location! The UPS Store #3677 429 Green Springs Hwy Ste 161 Birmingham, AL 35209 We visited this location on June 2, 2026, and everyone there was so kind, helpful, and professional. A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional. John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once. Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful. Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly. The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, helpful, fast, and efficient. We truly appreciate this UPS Store location and highly recommend it. God bless! Mark and Tim Elders

  They are always very efficient. If they get real busy they have everyone working at the front desk to move everyone through as quickly as possible. We live that store! Been using it for years. It's very convenient to our house & Publix where get all our meds & usually need something from grocery. Huge parking lot right down from the store makes it so quick & easy to get in & out at what is a busy location. Love it!!
