My partner and I would come to this location in the past, but they must have new management because they were extremely rude. We had a promo code on the app that allows you to scan in store, but one of the workers was quick to scream that you can only use the BOGO online. We tried to explain that it wasn’t a BOGO, but he wouldn’t listen. Very dissatisfied, and I hope that they are kinder to the next customers.

Peter, lacks customer prioritization. We waited for him to cheese all his bread while receiving ugly stares. Once I asked for his name he had an attitude and said what's the problem, I stated he just has us standing here in which he said we need to just wait until he's done. Terrible customer service.
This subway has the most incompetent and rude employees. Subway has maybe the worst, user unfriendly app of any fast food restaurant. I mistakenly placed an order at this location since it was the last one I ordered to, and when I called them to ask about refunding or cancelling/voiding the order the employees insisted I could do it from the app and there is nothing they can do. There is no way to cancel or get a refund in the app, and any subway support directs you to resolve it with the store. So I messaged my coworkers that theres an order for me at this subway if any of them wanted to pick it up and have a lunch on me and when one of them went to get it, they didnt even make the order! Their excuse it that I called and said I wouldnt be able to get it since I ordered to the wrong location so they just didn’t make it. It’s your job!!! Even if it wasnt made at the moment, when someone DID come in to pick up said order, they should have just made it then on the spot. I called back again to try to talk to a manager but conveniently there is no manager at the store at that time. Everything that I have looked up says the store should be able to void any order that is from the same day, but these employees either don’t know how or just don’t want to. Absolutely ridiculous. With as many 1 star reviews as this location has, it should be shut down and everyone there fired.
Last time I ordered at this subway, they skipped out on everything and didn't even complete my order. I had to ask for the missing items. Just recently, I acceidently placed my order to this subway instead of the one that was closer to me. When I called the store to ask if they could cancel it- as per the app's intructions. They repeatedly told me that I had to cancel it in the app, then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. I would not reccommend this subway to anyone as the both the food and service are disgraceful. 0/10.

Walked in and was greeted politely by one gentleman who was cleaning/stocking around the drink fountain. Another man was behind the counter making sandwiches. He struggled with multiple attempts to understand the simple question “what type of meat is this?” Ultimately figured out it was rotisserie chicken. I requested a 6in turkey. Not sure what the “correct” amount is, but I am familiar with how they typically make these sandwiches and noticed he only placed 4 slices of turkey on the bread (as opposed to the standard 6 slices). I wasn’t very hungry, so didn’t object. When it came time to close the sandwich, he grabbed a dirty knife from under the counter, wiped some condiments off the gloved fingers of one hand, then poked the knife around inside the sandwich. He then used the same gloved fingers to close the sandwich. I next observed him touch the screen with the same hand. I’d ordered 3 cookies, and instead of using the tongs to grab the cookies, he again used his gloved hand (possibly the opposite of the one that touched the screen). This was all too much. I could not, and will not, eat a thing from this place. If this is how they handle food in front of customers, there is not telling what they are doing when no one is present.
