  I had a virtual coupon (Subway/Tmobile promotion) that they couldn't figure out, and then they hit the redeem button so I couldn't use it anymore and told me that I could only use it at 5AM in the morning. I explained that the 1-day coupon was good UNTIL 5AM, but they refused. Just tell me you aren't going to honor a national promotion, don't screw it up so I can't even go somewhere else to use it.
