    Other then both employees being very lazy and could careless if they worked there its disgusting, seen several bugs crawling around and the employees didnt even care. If you are the only one in line they will still take 15 minutes to make your food. I just walked out half way through them making my food.

    VERY disappointed. The bread was very tough. The sandwich artist did not put forth any concern while making my sandwich as they didn’t give me the usual amounts of meat or ingredients. It was so dry and vegetable deficient, I choked on my first bite and have to be given the Heimlich. I asked the artist for a little more toppings, but was ignored. I was desperate and hungry after a long workday so I didn’t make a fuss about it, but I’m now traumatized. I’ve loved and patronized Subway my whole life, they didn’t have to do me like that! Update: hours after eating the sub, I am now suffering from food poisoning. While finishing the sandwich, I thought “what if this sandwich makes me sick” and it really did. I am now experiencing severe cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting and have been for the past 6 hours.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience at Subway. We were all standing in line together as a group, and because I had a terrible headache, I stepped away for literally a moment to buy Advil while our friends remained in line holding our place. By the time we came back, our friends were STILL in the middle of having their subs made, and my husband was paying for ALL of the meals together in one transaction. The employee told us we had to go all the way to the back of the line as if we were random people trying to cut in, even after the situation was explained. It was rude, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional. There was zero empathy, zero customer service, and the way we were treated felt discriminatory and disrespectful. We spend our hard earned money at businesses expecting basic courtesy, not to be embarrassed and treated unfairly in front of other customers. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths, and it had nothing to do with the food.

    Everytime I go there I have to wait on someone to get my order or just wait til they want to take my order. When I get my food something is usually always missing or messed up. The most terrible experiences of my life at a subway.
