    The lady that always works there refuses to serve you if she’s sitting down and “on break.” I work in the service industry and would be written up or fired if I refused service to paying customers during business hours.

    The woman who works in there is running this business into the ground. Everyone who works in this complex no longer goes there because she is so angry all of the time. She sits there and talks on the phone and will ignore you and snap at you. She doesn’t wear gloves and will refuse to make your food if she’s on break, even if she’s the only employee in the building.

    Don’t eat here!! She will not serve you if she’s “at break” on regular hours eating like a customer on a table. When she’s “working” your sub will be prepared how she wants to not the way you ask for it. Done with this place.

    The lady was trying to put the toppings that she want me to have on my sandwich and I had to stop her. She didn’t ask me what I wanted. I had to tell her. So I won’t be coming back to this subway I’ll go to the other one I’ve been going to. They’re more polite and they ask you what you would like on your sandwich.

    I had a really bad experience at Subway and I think people should be aware. I ordered a nacho chicken sub online. When I got home and took a bite, I could immediately tell something was off. I checked and it wasn’t chicken at all, it looked like ham or some kind of red meat. I don’t eat that and I’m actually allergic to it, so this was a serious mistake, not just a small mix-up. I went back to the store and calmly said something like, “Hey, I’m really disappointed, this is the wrong meat.” I wasn’t rude, just explaining the issue. The employee just said, “Give me two minutes, I’ll make another one.” No apology, no concern. I tried to explain again, like “I’m extremely disappointed.” and she immediately said, “I didn’t make it.” I told her I’m not blaming her personally, just pointing out the order is wrong. But then she got more defensive and said things like, “I told you I’ll make another one, give me two min.” and started raising her voice. At that point I was honestly confused. I wasn’t shouting at all, but she kept saying “don’t shout at me” and mentioned it was her first day. Meanwhile I’m just standing there trying to explain the situation and getting louder responses back. It became really uncomfortable because other customers were watching and she kept arguing. I finally just said something like, “This is really disappointing, I don’t want it anymore,” and walked out. I didn’t even take the replacement because of how it was handled. Later I checked reviews and saw other people mentioning wrong orders too, so this doesn’t seem like a one-time thing. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was honestly worse than the mistake itself. No apology, no empathy, just defensiveness and shouting. I won’t be coming back to this location.
