  "I eat at this restaurant chain often, but the customer service at this location was very poor. One employee had a bad attitude, seemed upset, and served the food carelessly. Every time I asked for an ingredient, it felt like an inconvenience. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope management improves the customer service." ⭐☆☆☆☆

  The lady that always works there refuses to serve you if she’s sitting down and “on break.” I work in the service industry and would be written up or fired if I refused service to paying customers during business hours.

  The woman who works in there is running this business into the ground. Everyone who works in this complex no longer goes there because she is so angry all of the time. She sits there and talks on the phone and will ignore you and snap at you. She doesn’t wear gloves and will refuse to make your food if she’s on break, even if she’s the only employee in the building.

  Don’t eat here!! She will not serve you if she’s “at break” on regular hours eating like a customer on a table. When she’s “working” your sub will be prepared how she wants to not the way you ask for it. Done with this place.
