The FedEx staff member offered to repack the broken vacuum I was returning after a spent an hour at home failing to get the appliance and the original packaging back in the box. I'm very grateful.

Katie was an absolute guardian angel!! I called super last minute needing a poster printed ahead of a conference, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I could get everything taken care of in time and made a stressful situation SO much easier. I’m so grateful she works here and truly couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much, Katie!!

The staff was super helpful and nice, even though I wasn't prepared to ship my package when I got to the counter.

Super friendly staff every time I visit. The store is always welcome organized. The best FedEx location in Birmingham hands down.
