    Was unnecessarily unhelpful when just trying to ship something and made me spend extra without explaining that part of the fees were just packaging the box themselves.

    I'm leaving a two star review to be fair to the three times I came in and had a 3-4 star experience. My most recent dealing with this location was a bit of a mess though. I had some packages that I was having shipped to this location so that I could come in and pick them up. I've done this several times and know the drill. I got a notification that my packages were ready to pick up, so I came to get them, but when I got there I was told that they weren't here. I tried to show them my notification, and they told me I was misreading it. "Your package is ready for the next 5 days". I would have been fine with a laugh over faulty notifications, but trying to convince me that I was misreading this notification was my first red flag. After multiple associates assured me nothing was there, I left. I came back a few days later to follow up (no new updates) and was told that my pickup window had expired and they just sent it back to the seller a day ago. No acknowledgement that I had come in less than a week ago and been sent away empty handed. They got me on the phone with customer service (credit where credit is due, this was the one point where they tried to be helpful) but customer service was pretty rude and condescending. Still no acknowledgement that this was a FedEx error. So I left. Three days later the seller and I talked through shipping the packages back (not to FedEx though lol) and he mentioned that his records indicated that there was still one package at this location. So I drove back, and when I got there they told me that that last package had been shipped back to the seller three days ago, which was the same day I came in and they told me all of my packages had been shipped back a day earlier. So was that last package there when I came in? Did they wait until I left and then ship it back? If it was shipped a day later than all of the others, why didn't they mention it? This whole ordeal was just so confusing and frustrating. I know mistakes happen and things fall through the cracks, and a simple "clearly something in the system got messed up, sorry about that" would have been enough to keep me from leaving this review. But bungling this much with absolutely no acknowledgement of the problem seems like something worth letting others know about and maybe a way for this location to improve.

    I hate leaving negative reviews but feel I must. The staff was useless and the print quality was terrible. Ended up going to a local place for the very simple task of making a large copy.

    I rarely post reviews but wanted to leave an amazing one for the rest of the staff who were absolutely amazing the past 2 weeks through 2 deaths in my family, then I came across the store manager today who was the rudest, cut you off, would not let me ask a question person (after questioning their quality control on a poster print). Trying to just ask a question I was “man-splained” things like I was a moron when all I tried to ask what resolution was needed. He did so with a smile on his face while he charged off to another computer and it was awful. Sensitivity training or just basic compassion when someone tells you directly they are struggling would be nice. Again, entire staff was so sweet, compassionate, and made things so easy in a horrible situation and now I will never go to this store again. All the good doesn’t outweigh how horrible he made this in an already horrible situation.
