We stay at this particular location 1-2 times a month. It's hit or miss with what the rooms are like, sometimes a great room but then sometimes in a much needed renovation and not clean.
Hard to find in the dark .
Staff wasn’t friendly . Guy was outside the time we arrived .
Handicap shower not safe at all .
Breakfast area dirty nobody wiping counters off .
We stayed in best western thought out the states . This is #3 . We done with best western .

My initial assigned rm had a missing smoke detector, missing ironing board, and continental breakfast served the same thing every day. Once moved to another rm, there was missing furniture and a smoking smell and cigarette ashes left in the tissue holder. It was obvious that house keeping missed this and the horrible cigarette smell. I was told by the front desk clerk, I could not get house keeping services unless I lodged for 2 days or more but can ask for switching of towels. When trying to share all my concerns with management, he made all kinds of excuses and justifications. I felt very dismissed. The hotel locations is great but the services was poor.
Stayed here for one night on a road trip with my family. The suite we booked was clean and beds were very comfortable. Very spacious and really liked the layout of the room. It had everything we needed. The free breakfast was well stocked and waffles were delicious. A lot of great dinner options in the area as well. Only complaint would be the deodorizer used in the public areas was a bit strong. It smelled like a patchouli scent. I would think maybe a fresh linen scent would work better and not be as overwhelming. But the room itself smelled great so I would still give it five stars.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here at least three times, and unfortunately, only our first stay was a positive experience. During our last two visits, the rooms were only moderately clean, the beds appeared somewhat dirty, and the air conditioner made a loud noise throughout our stay.
When checking in, we also felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The older gentleman at the front desk came across as passive-aggressive, which made the interaction awkward. As paying guests, we expect to feel welcomed and valued.
Another issue was the late checkout fee. We paid extra to stay until 1:00 PM, and in the past it was around $15, but during our most recent stay we were charged $22. Despite paying for the extended checkout time, staff still woke us up by repeatedly knocking on our door. This could have been avoided by simply checking the reservation system before disturbing guests.
Overall, we gave this hotel three chances because we hoped for a consistently good experience, but that has not been the case. The quality and cleanliness seem very inconsistent, making the experience feel like a 50/50 chance. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
