    For the record apparently browsing and shopping while waiting for your mechanic is considered being " suspicious" . Enough so for an employee to approach you and question/ accuse u of stealing. Asking about items that you have picked up and put back ( this being a courtesy as someone who's worked in retail and knows how frequently put backs occur and just trying to provide a respect for other retail employees) . So even after I (umderstandly) walk through the store and item by item ( 3 items) show the employee where the things were you put back in the appropriate spot, the employee continues to still have an attitude and continues to question you on the reason for your being there ( as if it's a ruse or to rush you out of the establishment)the reason being " Well your just walking. Around picking things up ( which I purchased besides 3 I put back, I thought that was shopping)so we just need to get you your part and get you on your way" My reason for being there browsing which was metting mechanic who has a commercial account to purchase a part for a vehicle. Apparently that didn't register bc I was still rushed over to the commercial counter to get a part that I couldn't get until the mechanic arrived because he had the information on the quote already saved . This was all in about 10 mins. What an experience.... I do understand in this area there's probably a lot of theft and these employees probably deal with all sorts customers trying to pick things up and leave without paying. But when a customer cooperates with this employee understandingly and provides the information needed to " clear things up" I definitely shouldn't be l having feeling like I was in the wrong for just shopping/ browsing like most normal customers do . It would have been nice for a brief apology and not to feel like my presence in the store was somehow bothersome.... I wasn't going to rant but Google had to go and ask me for my review so

    I was needing struts and my sons searched for the locations closest to us to see who had them in stock. There was another store closer that had them for a higher price but by going to this store , I was able to save $34 on each strut. In addition, there were promos on their app the save me another $50! This location is larger than most other advance auto stores I’ve frequented. They have a large parts section as well as lots of option within the store. I arrived and a gentleman by the name of Ken assisted me. He even loaded the struts into the car for me. Very kind and professional. You can tell he cares about his job. I appreciate the great service received today! It seems they’ve been recognized for their high level of service by some other folks as well! (See the trophy photo)

    I needed a battery at 7:30am and 30° outside and they didn't hesitate to help me! Great service!
