  This was worst hotel I have ever stayed. When I arrived, I walked up to the second floor to my assigned room. As soon as I walked out into the corridor I noticed that there was no air conditioner about the 1st floor. Then the overwhelming smell of carpet cleaner hit me like a ton of bricks. I went to my room with a headache beginning. The room smelled just as bad. After hanging out in the room for about an hour, I could not tolerate it, so I went down stairs to the gym. The gym was small and dirty with a few machines that were broken down. The lifecycle screen flickered on and off. I did a few free weights, walked outside for a short walk and came back up to the second floor, this time to the rank odor of marijuana and carpet cleaner combined. Instant headache! At that point, I went down to complain. The front desk attendant was rude and rolled her eyes. I went to another hotel to check out my prospects. When I returned, now, the second floor permeated with hot freshener, carpet cleaner, and marijuana. Apparently, the attended tried to cover up the smell. My headache got worse. Finally, I decided to leave. I went down to the attendant desk and requested a refund. I was met with cruel stares, rolling eyes, a huff and a demeaning tone of voice. I never saw a smile. She said she could not give me a refund because I had been there for about 3 hours. So I asked her to call the manager, which she did. The manager said she was not in the office, not on the clock and refused to help. So I asked for anyone else in management. She suggested the building owner and called him. Once she got him on the line, I could hear him ask, “Is he a rewards member. If not, don’t sign him up!” So there was certainly deception in play. I talked to the owner, explaining that the second floor had no AC and reeked of marijuana. He stated that he cannot control people in the hotel, and that as long as the room was ok, he could not give me a refund. However, he finally relented and said he could give me a partial credit, but not until he came in in the morning, maybe 10%. I said that was unacceptable. He retorted that’s the best he could do since II had been there for about 3 hours. The ownership on down to the attendants had no interest in having happy customers. The owner clearly was only interested in money! This place was pathetic and deplorable. Do not stay here!

  From check-in to check-out and everything in between this was an amazing experience. The staff at this hotel was wonderful and inviting and very kind. The breakfast was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  It was ok for quick stay check in was easy the lady who checked me in was very nice and so was the man who checked me out beds were comfortable. Down sizes for the room I had the bath tub was to high.Had to be careful getting in and out cause im short could use updating there were some sketchy people that was out back of motel

  I stayed here for one night during a long road trip and overall had a good experience. The staff was the highlight; everyone I met had a big smile. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was nice. The location was also convenient for a road trip stop. I also got a very good deal, which made it a great value. The downside was a noticeable musty smell in the room. Also, a dog barking in the neighboring room woke me up at one point. On the bright side, I guess they really are pet-friendly!
