  Today my auntie and I had the pleasure of working with Patrick,@ 1500 9th Ave,Bessemer.. Not only was he friendly , knowledgeable and personable... But he took the time to educate and show me my problem. Before I knew it, my problem was solved. What a blessing it was to work with Patrick. I wish more public workers were as genuine n professional as he was. I'll be back for brakes soon. Thanks Patrick :-) .

  I went in for a head light and Patrick and Gerald was very helpful. Patrick even cleaned my lights for me. Great customer service. Thank you

  Great experience, I bought a new battery and Patrick gave me great customer service. He installed in in under 5 minutes and I was good to go.

  Wish i could leave a review with 0 stars. So rude & unprofessional, went in to browse for some accessories for my car, upon entering two workers were talking loudly about how they were going to “walk out” since the other worker (who stepped out) didn’t do their job and they were sick of doing all the work, i didn’t say anything continued to browse, after looking i left the store because i was done looking & didn’t find anything to buy well my husband was still in their and after i left one of the females working said something along the lines that i stole & my husband asked what she was talking about? and she said oh nothing yall just walked in together (we did not i was in the store before he was) and so i called to get names & figure it out i wasn’t even in the vehicle yet i was talking to my family member who was outside of the store. and they were so rude , i asked for all of the names and all i could get was ken. I will never go to this store again, if all of employees are like this I understand why business is so slow !
