I ordered online as I have cancer and have been bedridden the last 4 days. I live about 15 minutes away so my mother was being nice to grab it and bring it to me. I ordered 2 6” subs as a treat for myself. One was missing, the other was incorrect. When I called the store they acted like they didn’t know anything about my order and that I was calling the wrong store. Once they found it they told me there was nothing they could do and they can’t issue refunds because there is no manager on duty. I have filled out a ticket online requesting a refund but those just go back to the store so I guess the next step is disputing the charge with the bank. They couldn’t even put the condiments on the sandwich, they sent packets instead.

Put raw bacon on my sandwich. When I said something they started arguing saying it was cooked it was cold and raw. But they were very rude

I had meatball sub it was watered down and nasty so I called back up there the foreign guy lied and said the number i called was the subway in walmart so I called back he took the phone off the hook this happened on Sunday April 12th 2026 want be eating there again
