  Brooke was kicking ass in there today! I walked in to one other person in line, she quickly acknowledged me and let me know it will be a few minutes and then several other joined behind me. She didn't seem to get frustrated or overwhelmed, she made quick decisions to get us helped and out as fast as possible. AMAZING customer service today.

  Paige was awesome and as soon as I walked into the store automatically knew after talking she knew just what I needed. Thank you Paige 😊 Edited now, I'm now finding out without being told that once you buy a phone outright you've got to be with there service for 6 months before unlocking your phone.

  Recently visited the store on Wednesday with my brother Mario who was switching to Cricket. We were greeted by an associate named Kayla who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The experience took longer than anticipated due to lack of cooperation from my brothers previous provider as well as system issues. Through the frustration, Kayla remained calm and professional. By the end of the business day, my brother was provided with new service and a new device that he was pleased with. Customer service can be a challenging environment but thanks to Kayla, our experience was memorable and pleasant. Thank you again Kayla. You rock!
