  yall suck. blocking orders at 11 pm every weekend night. i carried out two weekend ago and they were still slow, still blocked orders, and when i was in there it didn’t seem like they even cared. actually the worst wingstop i’ve EVER been to.

  People please stay away from this wingstop!!! They have some of the most unprofessional, rude, and hostile employees. One in particular stated her name was Kells. They gave my order to someone else and refused to make me another order. They stated I would have to go through Grubhub to receive my refund. When I tell you they didn’t try to make it right or anything, for a mistake they made. It is mind boggling to me. Wingstop do better with hiring people who are more professional and have good customer service. The standard is very low!! I have second hand embarrassment to see this establishment operating in this manner.

  Service was SO slow. We waited 50 minutes when it said it was ready after 5 minutes. The workers were arguing and yelling. Nobody was wearing gloves. They were on the phone and touching their phone in between touching the food. Just horrible.
