  I placed an order driving through the town and was refused the visable ladies room. The bathroom was not labeled "employees only " the woman making my order denied me access and I canceled my order. I understand not letting just anyone use the bathroom but paying customers should be allowed or a sign on the door to prevent embarrement in the "establishment"

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Wingstop. The customer service was terrible. The employees barely said a word the entire time. I was polite, said “thank you,” and still didn’t get any response. The food was just as disappointing. The wings were extremely oily and had a strange smell that made me question their freshness. The fries looked like they had just been thrown into the bag with no care at all. Overall, it felt like no effort was put into either the food or the customer service. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I don’t plan on coming back.

  Quality can be inconsistent (hence -1 star) but when there was an issue with my order tonight the manager made it more than right. That kind of service is appreciated.

  I absolutely loved this first time experience, along with the food and don’t even get me started on the atmosphere.10/10 must recommend. I ordered the lemon pepper tenders,fries,and the Cajun corn.My favorite was the corn,they did their thing. And the ranch was a cherry on top.10/10! Coming back as well!
