The manager and sales associate went above and beyond to help us. I have rarely experienced such amazing customer service! The sales associate actually walked around the building to fill a jug with water for us--not once, but twice! The manager tried to help me figure out the best way home to bypass construction and limit our time sitting in traffic. Their concern was that we purchased what we needed specifically for us. Such employees are a rare treasure. This company is both lucky to have them as well as brilliant for hiring them.

I've had great experiences at Advance Auto Parts. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help find the right parts for my vehicle. They take the time to answer questions, check compatibility, and offer helpful advice when needed. The store is clean, well organized, and usually has the parts I need in stock. Checkout is quick, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I appreciate the reliable service and quality products, and I would definitely recommend Advance Auto Parts to anyone looking for dependable automotive parts and support.
