We had a terrible experiance at this subway at 111 N Brindlee Mountain Pkwy, Arab, Al, There were four separate orders placed, eight subs total. When everything was picked up and brought home, every single sub was wrong. None of them had cheese on them at all, even though cheese was supposed to be on the orders. One of the subs, a BLT, had only one piece of bacon on it. Another one, a Veggie Delight, only had lettuce, tomato, and green peppers—most of what was ordered on it was missing. Overall, the sandwiches were very thin and just poorly made.
A call was made to the store right after noticing everything. The employee who answered was immediately defensive and kept saying the subs did have cheese, even after being told there were pictures showing they didn’t. Instead of trying to fix anything, she kept repeating herself and saying there was nothing she could do, along with “oh well.”
When asked about a manager or someone above her, she said she didn’t know who her supervisor was. When asked how to contact someone higher up, she said to “figure it out.” She also claimed she was the only one in the store at that point, even though there were two employees there at the time the order was picked up.
The main issue isn’t just that the food was made wrong across the entire order, it’s how it was handled. There was no attempt to help, no accountability, and the attitude on the phone was the real issue here and why we are trying to reach someone everytine we would ask her for info to do so she would tell us to figure it out ourself.
