  Have been doing business with them for years until today. Mistakenly opened up a second line I didn't need. Not even an hour later told to come back for a refund and $14 is what I was given. Was told the other $70 I just have to take a loss on. Won't be my loss next week. That policy is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I could understand $25 for the line but $70 is just robbing me.

  I was told by the end store that I cannot use my AT&T phone that I had to buy one of their phone. I went to the one in Gadsden, Alabama and they was able to allow me to keep my AT&T phone. I am just wondering why I went online and they was going to charge me $60 for the eSIM and the monthly bill but when I went inside, they charged me $80.
