  It did not start off 5 stars but they came thru for me..I was in Anniston for a softball tournament. I went to Walmart for some snacks and as I was leaving something was making noise in my driver side front wheel. I went back into Walmart and got a jack and found one of my caliper bracket bolts had come out. I saw an Advance down the road so I called and asked if they could pull up my information with a license plate number but the guy who answered could not get my truck to pull up so I grabbed my 3 year old and 7 year old grandsons and walked the quarter mile to Advance. Once I got there the guy said " don't have em" and that was it ...no help....I was a store manager at Autozone for 8 years so I know a little and expected some other option from him but got nothing.......Th0en Jason came up and got involved and changed everything....He confirmed they didn't have one nor did anyone else around. He told me there was an Autozone down the street so I called them and they said they had one..Jason drove down there only to find out they didn't have one but another one 20 minutes further away...He went and picked it up and brought it and some powerade for my grandkids. I received multiple Extra Miler awards while at Autozone. I don't know if Advance has a similar award but I they do you need to pin one on Jason because he certainly went over and beyond for me....Thanks Jason....I certainly appreciate what you did...

  Like most parts houses if it is in there computer they can help you, occasionally you will get someone that has actually worked on a car. Best if you look it up at their website before you go, if you can not find it on their website, they probably will not be able to help you there.
