  There was a STAPLE in the rotisserie chicken in my sub… when we called to let them know they said they don’t have staples and that it had to be from the manufacturer and the manager tomorrow will contact them.. no refund offered, no offer to remake the sub.. nothing // The manager was very sweet. They reached out and I did get a refund a few days later. Still no excuse for trying to kill me 🤦🏼‍♀️

  They had no problem making a sandwich that wasn't on the menu! They asked about how much condiments I wanted and made a great sandwich.
