  My daughters phone was stolen 4 days into our billing cycle in december...i reported it stolen and was charged in Janurary another 30$ for her line. They want to charge me reactivation...new line hook up new number and us to purchase a new phone with no regard to the fact they already have 60$ from them charging me when their isnt a phone hooked up!!! When for 20$ more i could have 2 more lines! A bit one sided I feel...guess cricket doesnt need our business. No CS whatsoever
