The service was quick here, and the food was fresh and good. And the service was very polite .

Ordered on the app an hour ahead of time for pickup at 6:00. My wife goes to pick it up after work and gets there at 6:10, to give them extra time just in case. It's not even started. The three teenagers working there printed off the order and just left it there and forgot to make it. You would think they start working on it right? Because it's already late and the customer is there to get it? Nah.
Instead of working on our late order, they keep taking new orders from people just walking in and doordashers. JUST IGNORED OUR ORDER. Meanwhile, they marked the order as completed on the app to lie to their internal tracking about it being done, so now I couldn't even cancel it so my wife can leave and we can get something else. Meanwhile my wife stands there for 30 MINUTES before they start our order.
Screwups I can tolerate. Big screwups I can tolerate. But the absolute disrespect of making new orders while you make an inconvenienced customer wait is obscene.

I ordered online for the 699FL deal. Drove to the location, went inside and was greeted by the staff and picked up my order. When I got home and opened up my order it seemed like nobody read the instructions. The sandwich was not exactly what I ordered. I made the best of it.

Welp they no longer have personal pizza here it’s been 2 weeks. The best item on the menu is gone forever here. Time to go to a different location.
