My husband went in today with his friends and asked to apply to finance for a the new iphone and the lady working was super rude and disrespectful like if she did not want to be at work. Told my husband he wasted her time once he wasn’t approved. He ended up purchasing the phone with cash and her demeanor changed of course since she gets commission. He also did not get his receipt.

Yesterday morning my phone completely stopped working, didn’t turn on or anything. Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.

Is the most unorganized company I ever dealt with, they say one thing online and another in the store
