  The service was terrible. There were only two employees assisting customers, and one of them gave priority to customer’s phone call instead of helping the customers who were already waiting in line. This made the wait even longer and was very frustrating. Especially since this is my second visit to this place, I came to exchange parts I purchased that were given the wrong size. Customers who are physically present and have been waiting should receive proper attention and better service.

  Alabaster Advanced Auto part definitely goes above and beyond for their customers!!!!! I am a grandmother who was helping my youngest daughter look for a specific Lightning McQueen car for my grandson for potty training encouragement. They went above and beyond searching for him! I cant tell you how amazing it is to have such on point customer service! Thank you so much Brad and Tim (Gm and former GM) at Advanced Auto!

  Excellent service by amazing people with hearts for serving others. Paid attention to our needs and answered all of our questions. Super helpful for this mom who knows nothing about cars! 5 stars all around!!!

  Big shoutout to Brad for going above and beyond to help me out. Pelham messed up my order, and Brad took the time to get on the phone with customer service and helped get everything resolved. Great customer service and truly appreciated!
