  Attempted to order from this location, we ordered two of the protein wraps, nowhere that I was able to see did it specify you could not modify them nor did the employees tell us. My mom asked for avocado added to hers and they added it no problem and then I asked to add a little honey mustard and ranch to mine instead of just ranch and then some lady came from the back of the store and said “oh we’re not allowed to do modifications on that” even though I’ve got it modified with a different sauce at other subways that’s fine if that’s the rule, but then they refused to sell my mom her wrap because they had already put avocado on it without telling her it was not allowed ..?? Insane. So, I guess they’re just gonna throw away the wrap instead of selling it to her for an up charge. She was fine with doing an up charge, but they wouldn’t even give that as an option. Needless to say horrible customer service and we won’t be returning. (8/5/2026)
