  I had a disappointing experience at this location. The employee preparing my sandwich did not pack it properly—vegetables were hanging out from all sides, making it messy and difficult to eat. This is not how sandwiches are typically prepared at other locations of the same chain. When I politely pointed out the issue and asked if it could be fixed, instead of addressing my concern, the employee became argumentative. Good customer service means listening to customers and correcting simple mistakes, not debating with them. I hope management provides better training on both food preparation and customer service so future customers have a better experience.

  This is my favorite Subway in Ak. They are always friendly have the best prices and they don't skimp on toppings. I feel like I'm at subway when I was a child, when subway was in its prime. I always stop at this subway when I'm in the area.

  Perfect place to grab lunch on the way to Denali. Friendly staff, clean surroundings, and a hygienic, well-maintained dining area. Highly recommended!
