  Staff was great. I'm traveling full time and had some packages sent here. When I called a few weeks ago I was told they would be $5 for a small one and $10 for a large one for them to receive the boxes. I had a couple packages sent and picked them up about 8 or 9 days ago and that's what I was. I was coming back through town so I had a couple of Amazon orders shipped here. Turned out to be 3 boxes and when I picked them up today they said they were $12 each. The management had come in last week and just upped the price with no warning. That's a ridiculous increase and I will not be having anything sent to this store again. I've received packages at UPS and FedEx locations all over the US and Canada, as well as at private mall services. None have charged anywhere closes to $12 each. I feel like I was ripped off. I understand that EPS stores are privately owned but UPS corporate needs to step in and do something about this.

  Had a set of packages that needed to be returned and required printing several labels and sizing boxes. All the employees were very friendly and made the process incredibly easy. A plus service!

  Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable with the services & products UPS store provides. Will be returning to print, scan, & email documents. They were fast and organized. Prices are more than fair. Also will be recommending to others about this place.

  They are amazingly helpful in the Soldotna UPS Store. Very efficient and knowledgeable about whatever I need done.
