  The woman working in there acted like I was wasting her time when I needed help. They didn’t have the correct bags available and the printer wasn’t working at their Amazon return station but Apparently, I shouldn’t have needed any help

  I had 2 knitting machines to ship home. I worked with Rossa to figure out the best way to get them home. We ended up deciding that having her pack them really well and checking them as baggage on the plane was the best option. I just landed in Portland and the box is a little beat up but the machines are perfect. She did a great job.

  Staff is friendly but! Package was returned after about 30day, the only attempt to deliver was them putting a note on their door saying it was RTS, the driver notes says receiver moved which is not true. The palmer store will not refund the $60 shipping and said call customer support, customer support and corporate support only deal with lost or damaged boxes, they do not deal with issues with delivery due to the fact that UPS stores are individually owned and operated. The local Palmer UPS store that is independently operated will not do anything.
