  Recently mailed a package only to learn of never reached its final destination. When I discussed this with the staff, they were flippant, not helpful, and when I stated I would make a review they hysterically laughed at me. Surely this isn’t how a customer, how has spent hard earned money, should be treated. I would not recommend this location. The staff appear not to be reliable, nor helpful, and were absolutely rude and uncaring of a review affecting future business. That should be concerning for the franchise owner and manager of this location.

  The woman working in there acted like I was wasting her time when I needed help. They didn’t have the correct bags available and the printer wasn’t working at their Amazon return station but Apparently, I shouldn’t have needed any help
