  I asked for light ice, filled the entire soda with full ice, asked for a FULL soda and filled it up half way with soda, when I got my sandwich and it was so messed up wrapped that I had to re-wrap it myself. Not to mention I sat there for atleast 10 minutes waiting for a worker to assist me with getting a sandwich. HORRIBLE customer service.

  I had the most horrible experience with a girl named Rebecca. First, I thought there was only one employee named Bella. She was amazing, happy and positive. It was about 8:40 she made amazing sandwiches and we had great conversation. There was a man behind us. While she was finishing up another family came in and was standing in line. Suddenly a very sassy teenager popped out and said, “we’re about to close so we might not be able to make your sandwiches.” They looked at me and said, “did we do something wrong?” And left. I kid you not, l at 9 pm I was sitting there eating with my family and she says, “we’re closed, you need to leave.” I told her we were already started and would be out soon. She kept arguing. I have a time stamped photo of us eating if you would like it. After that she glared at our family the whole time and started slamming the kids shut on the vegetables. I will NEVER eat at this location again and we eat here OFTEN. I highly suggest someone has a conversation with this young woman. Perhaps if she was not hiding and the back helping her counter parts make sandwiches she wouldn’t losing probably thousands of dollars in revenue considering my husband has a Subway addiction. Bella was amazing. If she wants a job with less grumpy coworkers I’d be glad to give her one. It looks like the same person owns all of the Subway in the Matsu Valley…

  Who ever the manger is needs to teach there employees some god damn customer service I walk in and they just stare at me and took damn near 5 minutes to help me while there just staring at me then I’m asking for extra stuff on my sandwich and they catch a attitude and after there done making my sandwich they don’t even cut it so I walk back in there to get it cut and they catch a attitude again
