    They counted 6 single olives per sandwich and they wouldn't allow to charge for extra. Management claimed due to national olive shortage. This is not a joke, this really just happened. Only location near me that this happened at.

    Contamination GALORE and the employees were rude and literally laughed in my face. I walked in at 4:40 pm on 4/18/26, ordered a BMT with turkey instead of ham. The guy that made my order grabbed the turkey, put it on my sandwich then accidentally put it in the hat container, notices, and then throws it back into the turkey bin. Contamination #1. Then I asked for a handful of olives and he puts a few on there (probably the regulated amount) so I politely ask for more and he flat out says “No.” with a smile on his face. So I chuckled a little, thinking he was joking and asked again, “Can I have a few more?” “No.” still with a smile on his face, no reasoning just straight up No. I look around, confused because I’ve never heard someone working customer service say no to a customer, especially at a place you’re supposed to build your own sandwich?? The rest of the employees look over and also smile and laugh. I don’t get it?? What’s so funny. So I say “um alright.” and move on to pay. The girl checking me out just kept smiling and laughing. I know they’re teenagers but wow that was rude and unprofessional, the least they could’ve done was explain why I couldn’t get a few more olives. It wasn’t like they were running low or anything. Then contamination #2 I found 2 onions in my sandwich even though I did not order any. Lastly, I know their individual store can’t do much about pricing but $30 for 2 sandwiches is outrageous. No sides or extras, just regular sandwiches. Not going there again.

    When did this restaurant become a tattoo shop? There is a person getting a tattoo at a table inside the restaurant. Doesn't seem sanitary!

    This was by far the worst experience ever! I was not allowed to add any of the condiments that I wanted. I said I don’t mind paying extra. I kept getting told “” I’m not allowed to do that” So basically you can come to Subway want a sandwich but you cannot get what you want on the sandwich no matter what. I will never go to another subway ever again! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.!

    I’m so sad for this place. It used to be a comfort to go to subway. This one no longer carries flatbreads and the amount of toppings on a sandwich is extremely lacking. In the photos you’ll see my nephew sad about his favorite sub sandwich. He said “usually in my first bite I always get a meatball. Now I’m on the third bite and no meatball!! It feels like there is only one meatball in here!” The 6 inch meatball sandwich. This one consisted of ONE MEATBALL. ONE. 1. And it cost close to $10 after tax!!! A quick search says it should have FOUR. Poor kid. This is despicable and it seems like the employees are being trained to not make the sandwiches with substance. What happened to the sandwich artists? Is it training? Is it the company trying to cut corners? I don’t know but it’s not making us want to return to this location. I’m so exhausted of complaining to businesses about the crappy product and performance. Just like everything else the only thing that matters is bottom line.
